Images

Access to astronomical images is provided through different applications of the LIneA Science Platform, depending on the image type and the originating astronomical survey.

In this section you will find:

• HiPS: Hierarchical Progressive Surveys images for global visualization and navigation
• FITS: coadded and single-exposure images
  • LSST DP1: inventory of FITS products available at LIneA

Coadded and single-exposure FITS (Flexible Image Transport System) images are also available, accessible as cutouts in the Target Viewer, via API through Jupyter Hub, or for processing in the HPC environment through Open OnDemand.
